WRESTLING

We are now offering Wrestling/Grappling programs for Kids, Teens and Adults. This sport focuses on obtaining a position of advantage by throws and technique. We will Train in All 3 formats:

Folk Style - Which focus on controlling your opponent from a Top position and is the main format for High School and Collegiate Wrestling.

Free Style -This format is displayed at the Youth and Olympic levels and focuses on exposing opponents Back to the mat by Throws, takedowns or Rolls.

Greco Roman -This format you can only control your opponent from above the Waist only. You can not attack the legs provoking Throws, Rolls and a lot of Hand fighting.

We have programs for those who want to compete and for those who want to learn self defense as it pertains to Grappling.

Membership

Greetings family and athletes, I am coach neroes (Ne for short). I’m very excited to have the opportunity to help our athletes become the best wrestlers they can be. I’m a very passionate coach for wrestling & the life lessons it can provide us with. Having to add fun into the mix is a Major key to make sure we enjoy the journey. Last but certainly not least, education is the foundation of successful leadership. Finding opportunities to improve education is the root of building future positive leaders.
Born and raised here in the Richardson area and went to lake highlands high school. Becoming a graduated in 2013 and attended college at York (Nebraska) and graduated in 2019 with a bachelor degree.
Past achievement in wrestling and other combative sports range from: all-state placer in high school(lake highlands), all-American dual team in High School, conference champions in college (York college), former head assistant at York college, head coach of a national youth wrestling team, all-state champion in jits (white belt), and few more things lol.
